BUSINESS DIGITAL BANKING WITH CITY BANK
Below you'll find important information about business digital and online banking with City Bank.
New Login Instructions
- For most business users, you will have the same username and password for the city.bank system that you currently use for the Bank of Houston. There may be some users that will receive a new username due to duplications within the system. If you do require a new username, you will be contacted via email prior to May 11.
- On May 11, go to city.bank and look for the login bar in the top right corner
- Enter your User ID and password
Your digital banking User ID and new password will also be used to log in to the mobile app.
The City Bank Business mobile app offers great functionality and easy-to-use features. With the City Bank Business app, you can view business accounts, transfer funds, and also take advantage of additional features such as:
Account Access
View business accounts and balances
Transfers
Move funds between accounts
Advanced Reporting*
Access detailed financial reporting
User Management*
Manage additional online users
Positive Pay*
Fraud prevention tools
ACH & Wire*
Manage ACH and wire transactions

On May 11, business clients currently enrolled with Bank of Houston Treasury Services can use the following:
- Online Wire Origination
- ACH Origination
- Positive Pay
- Commercial Remote Deposit Capture

You will not be able to access QuickBooks or Quicken May 9 -11 while the conversion process is taking place. On Tuesday, May 12 you will need to deactivate the connection to Bank of Houston then reconnect to City Bank.
