Below you'll find important information about your personal checking account transition.
Transition Timeline

- Log in to City Bank digital banking
- Download the City Bank mobile app
- Verify bill payments and transfers
- Re-enroll in Zelle
- Enroll in eStatements
- Activate debit card by calling 1-800-290-7893
- Update automatic payments
Your checking, savings, and CD account numbers will not change.
Your account type may change. Please refer to the letter mailed to you for details.
New Debit Card
During the week of May 4, you will receive a new debit card for any account to which you have a debit card tied.
Activate Card
On May 11 or after, activate your card and set a PIN by calling:

Your PIN can be set after activation, following the steps below, or by calling 1-800-290-7893 from the phone number on file.
Activation Steps
Consumer Debit
- Call from the phone number on file
- Enter last 4 of the Social Security number of the primary cardholder
- Enter the date of birth of the primary cardholder (2-digit month followed by 2-digit date)
Add Your Card to Digital Wallet
It's a convenient way to pay straight from your mobile device. To learn how to add your card to your digital wallet, visit www.city.bank/bank/checking/debit-cards.
Manage Your Card
With the City Bank Mobile App and online banking, you have the ability to manage your debit card(s) from the app or city.bank, including the ability to turn the card off or on and increase your daily spending limit.

- Dublin, TX – The ATM at 128 S. Patrick Street will be replaced. The new ATM will offer check deposit capability, enabling 24/7 deposits. It will be available after May 11.
- Houston, TX – The ATM at 4400 Post Oak Parkway will be removed during the conversion and will not be replaced.
Your statements will receive an upgrade.

Electronic Statements
We will transfer over all of your 2025 Bank of Houston electronic statements. Should you need statements prior to that time, download them from your Bank of Houston online banking and save them to your personal device before May 8. Past statements will not be available immediately after the conversion.
You will receive two statements in May
During this transition, two statements will be generated during the month of May:
• You will receive a statement from Bank of Houston with transactions through May 8, 2026.
• Your next statement will be from City Bank and will include transactions from May 9, 2026, through the next statement date. Please note that your statement delivery date may change.

The analysis charge for April will post May 8, 2026. All future analysis charges will be on the 15th or the next business day.
Your existing Bank of Houston online banking needs attention BEFORE the conversion.
Online Banking will be significantly impacted by this change. It’s important to read this page carefully and take the steps necessary to ensure success.
Bill Pay
Your existing payee information, along with recurring and scheduled payments, will be available in your city.bank online banking profile after the conversion. After the conversion, you will need to review payees, recurring payments, and payment processing type (check vs electronic) to ensure everything was carried over correctly. Log in to City Bank online banking and visit “Pay Bills” to verify your payee information and that your payments are scheduled as expected.
